Rapid Chevrolet Cadillac sold car for more than it said it was, ripoff Rapid City South Dakota
I was buying a car for 9988.00 I Got sick and had to go We did the Rest over the ph I told Them I needed To pay off the car they was taking in.
They payed off my car. the deal was done When I got the paper work back the car I got said it was 1088.00 it whent up a 1000 more.
When I said hay they Gave me 712.00 back said I was luckey too get that what can I do to get the rest.
