Complaint Review: RAPID FULFILLMENT

I saw their ad and it stated you could order Skin Element cream sample for $3.95 shipping also they would add the Eye Vibe serum for an additional .99 if I ordered now.  I didn't even order it, I just clicked on it to see what it was.  When email notification came it said thanks for orderding both.  That was April 11 and I got the order like April 15.

Today April 25 I checked my bank account to find that I had been charged $97.83.  I called the number associated with the debit and reached Rapid Fulfillment in Pacoima, CA.  When I explained that I paid for the shipping on a sample and it showed $3.95 for payment, why then did they enter a debit for $97.83?  I was told i was past the 14 day trial and would have to pay for the full 30 day supply that they sent me.  I stated that was not what the ad said and I deid't want their product other than the sample I paid for.  I was told if i wanted to return the product they would give me only $77.00 back because there was a $20.00 restocking fee.

When I was searching for something else on my bank statement I saw not only one charge for the sample of EyeVibe and Skin Element, but 2 charges for each from two seperate companies and one of the Skin Element charges was even higher at $4.95.  This all the information I came across trying to remedy this problem with Skin Element. These are charges on my bank statement for April 11, 2016.

As you can see the charged me for the samples twice and then charge me for a 30 day supply according to them that I never requested and want to charge me $20 to get it back.  It is a scam to get that $20 fee to return the items.
