I Melissa Turner is sending you this INTENT TO SUE LETTER WITH SETTLEMENT DEMAND to inform you that I am about to commence a legal proceeding against you and your company for:

I submitted $4500.00 on the dates that was above mentioned for the signing of the lease on 5/1/2013. That on 5/1/2013 no lease or keys was giving to the undersigned. A copy of the Broker fee agreement and move in date is annexed hereto.
