 MR. bell I see you haven't stopped short of surprises!! As I know your reading this.. ATTN: mr bell is a lying coniving thief who is well dressed, well mannered, educated it will take you by suprise when he takes from you and runs!! FYI this is a married man his assets are in his wifes name not his own ( you may need that information if your planning to sue its google-able) From what im told he has moved to baltimore maryland but you can never be too sure with him.. Mr. bell took from me as well.. but I plan to take back  whats mine. I hope this tidbit of information will help the people he wronged because he is somewhat hard to find due to the fact that nothings in his name.
