Rapidsatellite.com Ripoff sold extendend 3yr warranty. gives false promises with no help. but i still have to pay my bill ive had 14 months Miami Beach Florida
i have made 4 calls to rapid satellite and spoke to 3 employees and 1 manager. i have made 2 calls to thier so called warranty company and it has been almost 4 weeks and i still have 3 falty directv recievers .but i still have to pay the bill for a service i dont have!!! when i call directv they say i must call the company who sold the warranty (rapid satellite) be aware of rapid satellite!!!
