Complaint Review: Raradvds.tv Digital Realm Proliflik.com Empiricalfilm.tv

On November 1, 2006 I ordered A DVD set from Raredvds.tv that I found on Google.com. The price including shipping came to $96.99 and as of January 11, 2007 I still have not received my order. I have been calling the customer service numbers provided, however no one answes or returns messages. I even send couple of email to orders@raredvds.tv and still no response. My credit card was charged the next day I ordered the DVDs and after that I have not received any emails nor any confirmation numbers.

I just filed a claim with my bank and I hope that the word gets out and that companies like these don't rip-off innocent consumers like many of us.

I hope that something can be done to hold these scammers accountable. Thank you rip-off report for giving me the opportunity to let others know of such scams. I wish I had checked the internet before I placed my order. It has been very frustrating trying to get this resolved.
