I purchase a hat from these people on Dec 6 and was billed on Dec 8th for the hat.  I should have known something was when my order confirmation had no shipping info but I assumed the item shipped on the 8th because I was billed then as most legitimate companies do.  This however has not been the case.  A week from the date I order I sent a very friendly email inquiring about the status of my order and received no response.  A few days later I sent another email and message to them via their website complaining about not having shipping info and them ignoring my emails.

Finally a few days later I received a response from an Elaine apologizing for the situation and even offering me a free item from the site for the inconvenience.  She seemed very professional and helpful and stated my items would be rushed shipped and I would have tracking info in 24 hours.  I was satisfied with this as I'm a reasonable person and try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I immediately emailed her back with the free item of my choice expecting a confirmation and shipping information soon.  I never received a response back after this. 

At this point I checked my billing statement and found a phone number for them and started to call.  The number always goes to a voicemail that it is clear no one monitors.  I have sent them numerous emails and voicemails since trying to rectify the issue.  The hat was a gift for someoone who really likes their hats and already has one.  He bought it from a pop up shop they had and not online by the way.  These are also not cheap hats so now I'm out of my money and a christmas gift for someone I care about. At this point I have officially requested a refund which they have ignored, so now my bank is involved and I will be reporting them to any and all applicable agencies to try to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

This is really unfortunate because I try to support local up and coming businesses and this is the thanks I get. I don't think these are bad people, just horrible at running their business. It looks like they just decided oh well just going to take off for a few weeks and not worry about whats going on with my site.  My other theory is that they are out of stock of everything but my thing is all it takes is an email to tell people that instead of ignoring them.  It makes you look like a criminal which they are at this point because they took my money, sent no item, and won't respond. Either way I probably won't get my money back but I will try to do as much damage and get the word out as much as possible about them so they realize they can't get away will running their business this way. Anyone reading this I ask you please come forward and report them to BBB, Ripoffreport,FTC, and any other agencies applicable.  If enough people come forward they will be stopped. I know I'm not the only one they have done this to.
