I purchased the Ally McBeal Complete DVD Set. There was a delay in shipping of more than two (2) months from Canada.
The dvds are not recorded in sequential order and every third (3rd) dvd would stall, stop playing, and return to the menu screen. This happened on both the tv's dvd player and laptop's dvd/cd player/burner.
I was promised a replacement set in early September 2006 which has never arrived.
Emails go unanswered since the last message received regarding the replacement set.
Save your money and buy from a reputable dealer who will guarantee their products.
This morning, I wrote to raredvds.com informing them that complaints will be posted on the internet and with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The BBB has complaints on record for this company. Forewarned is forearmed.
If this company follows through with a replacement set or a refund of the money I will post the outcome.
