Complaint Review: Raredvds

I placed two orders on 11/25/06, with a estimated delivery in 10-14 days. The one email I received was an order confirmation and it said another email would be forthcoming when the items were shipped, and a tracking number would then be provided.

I have received nothing more. When I try to call them at the number provided, (514) 827-3837, I only get a mailbox. I can't leave a message because the mailbox is full.

These were Christmas gifts for my daughter. So not only have I been duped out of my money, but I have to find something else for my daughter in a hurry.

Hopefully, someone will shut these people down!
