RAS LARVAR LLC Kia collector for law firm Garnished wages from bank account on 22 year old debt 04/27/2018. Plantation Florida
This account is 22 years old and with out any notification as of Friday they went into by bank acccount and took over 3000.00 from my account. I was the head of the household and unfortunaltey for me am also unemployed as of 03/29/2018. I spoke with a collector on 04/28/2018 @ 9:23 am in regards to the issue at hand and she was very rude. I have no correspondence nor calls from this agancy/court notification and was completely unaware of any court documents or garnishments. Does Floida have a Statue of Limitations for something like this and also being the previous head of Household and unemployed. I have proof of all my statements.
