Complaint Review: Ratan Prestige Kharadi

I have booked mine before year of so.This builder is not a trustworthy. He has commited possesion date in July 2012 and have claimed 95% disbursment from Bank. But as on today he has only given tentitive dates in Jan 2013 for possesion. As commited he has provided Jaguar Equivalent toileteries, however those are the starting models of the company. If you have taken money for Mercedez C class then how can you provide Mercedez E class instead. Very slow progress on site for constuction. He is commiting people that theire is DP road sanctioned and will be open soon to connect Kharadi Road for which I have not seen any development in past 1.5 yrs. Currently their is very poor road to reach this site.  Its not worth it. As per agreement if fails to deliver possesion in given date then he is escused for 3 months due to any of reason like material unavailability or workers issue, for which we should not be resposible. He started his another site and concentrating with all staff to new site. Bloody h**l. I m paying rent of 12K per month and Im frsustrated to manage my EMI and Rent.
