rate genius fraud, false advertisment, i dont know Internet
was given a letter in the mail that could guarantee my refinance by rate genius, i called them and confirmed this and they told me over the phone i could get a lower rate. i asked if this was for sure they yes and i have good credit. so i submitted an application ane i didnt recieve a call back for days. i then decided to call back my self and was told i was declined due to the fact that i have a good rate already. they ran my credit caused damage to my report and im furiuos with there service.
