Complaint Review: Rate Reduction Center

I received a call by an automated system saying that my interest rates on my credit cards may be increasing soon. The only option was to press 9 for more information. I only wanted to get the name of the company because I was on the Do Not Call registry.

A guy answered saying "Rate Reduction Center" and asked for information about my credit card with the highest interest rate. I asked for conformation that Rate Reduction Center was the name of the company. He immediately hung up.

With an internet search I found this, by which it seems the corporation is inactive. I assume it is the same company.
