Ratliff Remodeling Not completing job, mistakes caused a lot of rework tx Cottonwood shores
My name is Cuong Vu and I hired Kenneth Ratliff of Ratliff Remodeling to do a major renovation of my house on 10/26/20. Kenneth did a good job for my neighbor's bathroom and look like a trust worthy guy so I gave him a big project which is too much for his 2 men crew to handle. I paid Kenneth a total of $16,000 and my house is a mess since he partially completes each task. He took on another job after Christmas and didn't show up to work on my house for 3 weeks. Then he did not show up to my house again the week of 2/22/21 to work.
He communicated last with me via text on 2/23/21 with all kind of lies and said that he will be there the next day but did not. He stopped answer my texts or calls to when he is going to finish the job that I already paid him. Do not hire Kenneth as he will mess up your home and let you hanging like myself and Michele Hart of Marble Falls, TX (search her review on Facebook).
