Raul Procter, Veronica Procter, Christy Procter Rented to them. Late on Rent. Lost Deposit. Screwed me out of over $3000! Loganville Georgia
I rented out my home to Raul Procter, Christy Procter and Veronica Procter, along with their other children end of 2012. They made rent for the first 2 months, then were late, and then couldn't make rent period. I ended up having to pay April's rent to avoid eviction because I didn't want that on my credit (which is WHY I subleased to them in the first place). They never paid me back and quit paying altogether. They were touch and go on communication. The lease ended July 31, 2013 but not before they were served and evicted in June. They remained in the home until the 2nd week of August. The realty company took them to Court, were awarded a Judgment and possession of the property. Since then, they have moved to another property, no forwarding address available and have stopped communicating with me via text message. They currently owe me thousands of dollars, and have yet to repay me a dime due, from rent paid on their behalf and my deposit over $2k that was lost and put towards their outstanding rent due and court costs. I am young and definitely felt that they would NOT do this to me, as they are church goers and apparently "cared" about making it right. I am currently seeking their location and contact information to pursue further legal action.
DO NOT RENT TO THEM! ~ REGARDLESS OF THE STORY THEY TELL OR ANYTHING ~ RUN!!!
