This outfit is neither a private money lender nor an REO liquidator as Raven and his website claim to be. I paid them $399 for an application fee, and the guy just disappeared afterward. Just doing a quick Google search reveals that Lonnie and his partner brother, Donnie, have been involved in various schemes ranging from adult entertainment projects to getting busted by the Dept of Corporations for illegally promoting bogus investment shares, so I guess financing was a logical next step! If you run into this crew, just say no.
