Raven Media Charged me 29.95,then 7.95 for two months after I had canceled. Las Vegas Nevada

They charged me 29.95 for the CD. I did not like the complexity of the information,so I called and canceled any further payment they would take. I was told the issue was taken care of and no further payments would come out of my account. Needless to say,I was charged again the following month which also caused an overdraft on my account as a result. Went to my bank and was told I would have to call the company to straighten it out. I did so.

They will not reimburse me my overdraft fee even though it is their fault. They don't tell you that payments are for different things in this Grant Program,and you will be charged for something else instead. Supposedly they will now stop charging me. Guess I will have to wait and see if I have to go through this again next month! They are not responsible for my overdraft fee either,even though it is due to the incompetence of their employees. So I am out this money also. BUYER BEWARE!!

First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Bernadette obviously experienced. Bernadette, I was able to locate your accounts and have verified that they have been canceled at this time. If you come back to read this and want to discuss your accounts please contact the customer service department. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 866-396-5718, they are available Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue in-house so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
