These people have designed a system that is deceptive and focused on getting at least one $39.95 rip from your bank account. They do this by selling a $1.95 CD and some sort of unspecified service that is no obligatory & can be canceled.

The problem is threefold. There is no way to cancel on the web site not even through the chat feature.

The phone number that you call never answers. You just hang on line listening to the recording telling you that you are caller number 67 and falling while the time to wait is 30 minutes and rises at about the same time that you have been waiting.

The last is the best. You only have 14 days to cancel from the day you order the CD.

These people have 37 web site hosted on the same server and have hidden their identity on the host. This site is a deliberate fraud.

First and foremost I would like to offer my sincerest apologies to Jim for the difficulty he has had in reaching our customer service department. Due to the holiday we have been experiencing a much higher call volume, causing technical issues with our phone system. Those issues have now been resolved and you should have absolutely no trouble getting through at this time. The number for customer service is 866-396-5695. The hours of operation are 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
