Complaint Review: Raven Media

Raven Media Google Money Profit. They offered a free cd for the cost of shipping and did not disclose extra charges. I saw that they charged my bank account $39.95 - and you can't call them to tell them to take it off. I never agreed to this and would like them punished for misrepresentation of thier product! I will gladly send the cd back. Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered a so called free cd for the cost of shipping and handling from what appeard to be from google. I was looking at my bank account this morning and saw that they charged me $39.95! I never authorized this, and when I ordered the cd, I looked for any hidden agendas and fees and could not see them!

Raven Media needs to be punished for conducting business this way! I will gladly send back the cd it it's going to cost me money they did not disclose in the first place. This is violating to me that they can just do this!

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Dmmartin122. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. You can also see that it is disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 7 days, the reason we do this is because we want our customer's to have the opportunity to utilize our service and to evaluate the value for themselves. We would not have charged Dmmartin122 had he/she canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.
