This company charged 1.99 s/h fees for grant master program cd and after my purchase I realized that if I don't cancel w/in 7 days, I will be charged a slew of charges from different affiliates. Of course this is written in extremely small print until I had already paid for this purchase and now all of a sudden the hidden charges became more visible(after it was too late to change your mind).

I have tried calling the number provided for days now and the number is constantly busy. How can I cancel if I can't get through to them. This company is a ripoff and I feel powerless to do anything. I admit to being scammed, however, now that I have become aware of it and before any charges are accrued, I am trying to do the right thing. The number they provide for customer service is 1-866-396-5694, and that number is always busy.

The only correspondence I have received from this company, lets me know not to reply to this e-mail(do not reply-inbox not monitored) and I should contact customer. This lets me know that they don't wish to be reached. How can I cancel if they make it impossible to do so.

After reading all of the other experiences with this company, I am sure that this is a scam and I do not wish to be charged. Basically, I have 5 more days in which to cancel, but I am not sure I will be able to contact them before they do. I am being ripped off and I feel powerless to change anything!

While reading a report from another customer about this same company/situation, an employee of this company responded with his own personal phone number and e-mail address for customers to contact him directly so that he can resolve their issue. I phoned and e-mailed him as requested and true to his offer, he has since sent me e-mail confirmations of my subscription cancellations. Thank you ryanr@wskc.org for your assistance.

Even though I still there is some level of deceit on this company's part for their disclosure, I am satisfied that I have found a resolution. I hope that I will not be charged any further and that this matter is RESOLVED. I also hope that I have done the right thing by amending my initial statements. To all who may have been affected by this same company, I suggest you try to resolve it by contacting this same person as I did.
