What a scam. Preying on the elderly. They got my mother. They say it is "free" except for the 3.95 for the CD. And an answer to their worries. How do these people sleep at night. They knowingly steal from the weak. They say you have 14 days to decide. But then they don't send out the cd until after the 14 days are up and then blame the person for not "cancelling" when they didn't even explain that they were automatically signed up in the first place.

What a crime. I am going to do everything I can legally to get these guys. I think even the Ryan person is a scam. I called the cell phone number that he left on one of these rebuttals, but just got a message. What a joke. I called the customer service number and was on hold for 97 minutes, and still was waiting. No one EVER came to the phone. Now watch, that's probably not even a toll free number.

Criminal. Fraud, and totally guilty of purposful deception of weaker people. Stealing from their bank accounts without their permission. Sick.

The CD is free along with payment of the shipping and handling of $3.95. The bonus trial to the membership is free for 14 days. This client had stated that it was a scam because the CD doesn't even show up until after the trail period ends. This is not true as access to the membership begins right at the time the shipping and handling are paid for online. The link to the membership as well as username and password are on the thank you confirmation page as well as in the thank you confrimation email.

I apologize for you getting my voice mail on my cell phone as I am not always available but do try to be. I am concerned that you also waited so long on hold waiting for a customer service agent as all of our in-house reports show wait times very limited. I assume that you are Nancy as I did get a voice message from a Nancy but it cut out right after you had mentioned your mother so I still don't have your phone number or Mother's account information. I would be more than happy to help you and your mother get the resolution you are looking for.
