I thought this would be fun to earn extra cash in my spare time. I gave my financial information when I ordered the CD (it was free except for the $1.95 for shipping and handling). After I had given that information the company had automatically informed me that I would be subscribed to several other web sites for a free trial period for 14 days.

Of course after that the fees for access to these sites would be billed to my account (they already had my banking information). One was $29.95 per month, one for $5.95 per month and the last for $7.95 per month. When I tried to log on to these sites, it was impossible to "cancel" the membership that I never myself subscribed to. I guess the only thing I can do now is to contact my bank and cancel that account before I am charged these fees.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Kelly. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Kelly had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.

I have located Kelly's account and she's been notified that the charge she is disputing has been fully refunded as of today.
