Just because I couldn't add it on the above information, this company also uses the phone number 866-370-7270. Like everyone else, I was taken in by this company. I notice for the last three months, they've been charging not just $29.95 as Grant Search Assistant, but also another 5.95 as GSA/SBA Express!

Make no mistake, these are all the same company. In addition to the physical address in St. George, Utah, there is also another P.O. Box listed in Pennsylvania for the website 36hourfunding.com (which is yet another branch of this evil tree).

I was able to get my money back after demanding to speak to a supervisor and being VERY adamant that I never PURCHASED anything from them. The supervisor told me that the charges "are normally nonrefundable, but I am willing to extend to you a one time courtesy" of a full refund. I am still reporting them to the BBB and my state Attorney General, as well as those in Utah and Pennsylvania.

Bottom line - just don't give up! They know they're in the wrong.

As of today, I have been refunded three $29.95 charges as I was promised, but the other two $5.95 credits have not been issued. I am still pursuing these guys. Guess it will take yet another phone call. What a waste of time!

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Heather. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is explained on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and is then sent to the customer in the confirmation/thank you email. You can also see that it is disclosed in the Terms and Conditions of the offer. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Heather had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.

I was able to locate an account for Heather and see that the refund she was requesting was processed.

My apologies to any other customers if it was difficult to cancel during the holidays as we let our representatives have time off to spend with their families. We can now be reached 24/7 at 866-396-5718 if you'd like to cancel using the customer service line, you will be able to speak with a representative right away.
