Raven Media Inc, T/A Grant Master CD located in Belize City, Belize, did on or about January 10, 2008 credit a withdrawal to my bank account. I have never heard of nor agreed to any contract with Raven Media, GrantMasterCD or any affiliate to obtain information from them. I am 78 years old and have no desire to work or perform any remunerative programs, no matter how interesting.This withdrawal was for $29.95.

Until this date I had never heard or corresponded with said organizations.

I would like to discuss Milt's concerns with him to insure that he is taken care of. Unfortunately, without a last name or an email address I cannot locate his account with the necessary contact information.

First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Milt obviously experienced. Our policy is to never charge anyone who is not interested the membership portion of the offer. Clients simply need to follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-396-5718 Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Standard Time and express a desire to do so during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter as it is explained in the Terms and Conditions of the offer.

Milt states "I have never heard of nor agreed to any contract with Raven Media, GrantMasterCD or any affiliate to obtain information from them. I am 78 years old and have no desire to work or perform any remunerative programs, no matter how interesting." If this is the case we will do everything in our power to assist Milt in finding out how this account was initiated and take whatever measures we can to assist him in getting to the bottom of this matter.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied. Hopefully, he will contact customer service or I will hear from him personally so that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.
