Raven Media Lied and cheated me out of my hard earned money! California

I was called the morning of January29th at 8:30 am by representative Ana Lopez, she stated that I would recieve a cd that would teach me how to write for a grant. She also told me that my bank account would be charged 1.99 for shipping and handling. When I tried to question her about the program, I was told that they could not answer any of my questions and was guickly hung up on.

There has to be more to the story... as the sales rep would have to take your banking info to withdraw the $1.99 out of your account.
You should have asked the neccessary questions before handing over any banking info.
Just my personal opinion.
