In thier email to me they state " Your 25 day trial to Rebate Millionaire has expired.
As a reminder your credit card will be processed by Rebate Millionaire for $89.95 on June 3, 2008 for your first months subscription.

For questions or concerns please call 1-800-685-3011.
Customer service is open Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 9 P.M EST. "

I never ordered anything from them and have no idea who they are. I have tried to reach them by phone and they don't answer. Their email states do not replay becasue we don't read our emails.

This seems like a scam to me and I don;t know how to stop them from continuing to bill me.

Any ideas????

I would like to discuss Eugene's concerns with him to insure that he is taken care of.

First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Eugene obviously experienced. Eugene, I was able to locate your account and have verified that it has been canceled at this time. There you will find happy, helpful agents that are waiting to assist you with your concerns. The phone number for Customer Service is 800-685-3011, they are available Monday-Friday 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time.

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
