I bought a product on line from a TEA company.
They attached an "on line service" to the purchase with 30 days to change my mind. I never saw the different company notice and when I cancelled my
TEA purchase and was refunded all my money, Raven Media kept charging me $19.95 for their "on line service" without contacting me. When I noticed my charges of $19.95 on my credit card I called them and told them I had never used their service ( that they had charged me for 4 months before I caught it) they offered to give me credit for 1 month. After asking for a supervisor (Kim Little) offered me a refund of 2 months. I asked who her supervisor was and she said "I have no supervisor only a manger, and you can't talk to them." I said fine. Who is the owner of your company?
She said " I can't give that information out." I said I understand why!!!!
Then went to Ripoff Report and filed this report!!! They ripped me off for $40.
I hope this report will help someone else.

Unfortunately I was unable to locate an account for Steve. Steve, Living Lean is a bonus program that would have accompanied an order that you may have placed for Tea. You had a free trial period, if you did not wish to continue the program you simply needed to contact Living Lean's customer service department and express a desire to cancel prior to the end of the trial period or anytime thereafter.
