Complaint Review: Raven Media

Could not locate phone numbers or adress of this company in the phone book , if it wasn;t for this report page I wouldn;t of found the phone number to call. they answered but they did try to keeep me from getting my money back claining it was a seven day trial. I got a cd in the mail two days ago, which doesn;t look like the one they show in the ad and then they charged my credit card, When I called I was informed that I was past my free trial, as soon as I mentioned this site and i am contacting the district attorney in las vegas , they said they would refund the money in 3 to 5 days and gave me a confirmation number , If I don't get the money I will be taking legal action. we will see if it gets returned.
