Rawlands And Riviera Scam phone call trying to get $$ Nationwide
A guy named "Brain Ross" from "rawlands and riviera law offices" called an said there was a claim filed against me from "impact fitness" for $56 for a contract I supposedly signed with them in Feb 06. I never had a membership! They made 2 attempts on 2 different days.
I called the BBB, and they said there is no such # or office. and not to call them back. The "supervisor" was yelling at me calling me a liar, saying they had my signature on file, and that they had my DL #. When I asked them for it, they gave me a bogus #! I want these called to stop!!
They said if I dont settle it they are going to take action and it will go on my file! They gave me this # to call them back at: 888-286-8066. Please stop these creeps! THis is a scam! Do not respond to them!
