When I first spoke to Ray Allan at FIS Marketing he made everything sound great. Lots of leads and a return of 10% when contract was up. Well the very first check bounced and I had to pay fees to the bank. After relaying ths information to Ray Allan at FIS Marketing he said he would reimburse the charges. That never happened. So I stopped depositing the checks, I didn't want to pay bank fees every month, I started going to the bank the checks were drawn from. Most of the checks were cash-able until the last couple of checks from FIS Marketing. The bank has informed me that they are not negotiable, whatever that means? The bank won't even tell me if the account is valid?
