I also have issues with managements

Recently 8-12-2008 I witness your office Manager Joe. Fletcher and a female Marie, abuse one of your tenant a female. " The bad faith and retention by a manager and violation tenant rights should not have been displayed in public. I have had several issues such as lock on door not working, lights being turned off, and unsanitary piles o trash in areas, rodent/insect infestation. Plumbing problem, heater does not work. And not enough trash cans. I was assured that someone would contact me in a few days to apprise me of the situation. After two weeks had passed without any reply, I tried again, with the same result; no return call or letter. This has put our relationship on very tenuous ground of doing business here.

Please reply as soon as you receive this letter. I know you do not condone poor business practices, and I'm sure this situation can be easily corrected. Thank you for your personal attention to this matter.
