Ray Bonnell dba "Squeeky Clean Window Cleaning" advertised in a coupon book "Window Washing $59.00 (reg. $99) offer good on 1 story. Price may vary according to size of home. $59 based on 1400 sq. ft."

My home is single story and is no more than 1400 sq. ft., and I was quoted $120. When I asked about the $59 coupon offer he said he couldn't do it for that price. I asked "isn't that deceptive advertising?" and he replied "probably".
