Ray Klein INC. They filed a judgement against me for the sum of 680.87 I have no clue what this is about but has already sent a garnishment to my bank and the bank has took 100.00 out of my savings that was every thing I had I live on disablily Springfield Oregon
I recieved a Judgement from this company on March 9th 2017 saying I was being sued for the amount of 680.87 I have no clue what this is for but it say's it is from 9/12/2005 thru Polk County Oregon Circuit court they sent this garnishment to my bank witch the bank took 100.00 out of my savings for garnishment fee's that I will not get back this was all I have I live on Disability and that is it all my money pays my bills the 100.00 I had in my saving was to pay for my gas in my car when needed I have done nothing but Cry over this then I look up and found out that this place is a rip off what do I do I am now broke and have no money to run me it is gone. can someone please help me figure this out

If the only money going into your account is from SS disability, it is only garnishable for government debt. You need to contact your bank ASAP and ask them to confirm this and mark your account accordingly. It may not get the $100 back but it could keep any more money from being taken. The reason it may not get the $100 back is because banks have a fee for processing a garnishment and this was probably that fee and not money that was held to be forwarded for the garnishment. SS disability can be taken for bank fees, but not for a garnishment unless the garnishments is for a government debt.
