This man Ray Lathrop who also uses several aliases has conned me out of $9,000.00 that was supposed to be invested in a new business venture. He is a con artist stay away from him. If you are swindled by him contact your local police department and the FBI. He will try to scam you. Do not trust him no matter what he says. I had to learn this the hard way!!!!
