Ray Mendez - Global Advertisements - M And M Consultants I Was called by Ray Mendez and was told I could get my interest rate lowered for $997.00. I have since found out he is working with M and M Consultants. They called me and asked if I wanted a refund. I told the I did. They wanted my birth date and my mother's maiden name. On June 30, 08 I received a call from man who identified himself as Ray Mendez. He said he could lower my interest rate on a loan with Bank of America. He quoted the amount I owed on my loan to the penny. This was the reason I trusted him. Bank of America sent him the money to Global Advertisements. The phone number on my statement was 321 287 7970. Every time I have called I am told to leave a message. I have left several messages, and they haven't returned my call. I learned that Mr. Mendez was affiliated with M and M Consultants. I found their number and was told to leave a message. I left several messages there.
After about a week after I called M and M Consultants, a woman called me and wanted to know if I wanted a refund. I told her I definately did and she said she needed my birth date and my mother's maiden name before she could process my refund. I agreed to give her my birthdate, but told her I would have to get an O, K. from BOA before I could give her my mother's maiden name. BOA said it was O.K. to give them the name. I called to give them the information three days ago and they haven't called me back yet.
