Gives them a run around and then just doesnt answer them anymore,. This guy also had his office due fradulent loans, and closed them on his warehouse line but when the back investors came back with conditions that they wanted or would not buy the loans from him, which he needed to get his "full eagle" he then had his staff make up documents, and fradulently had them make up pay stubs, bank statements in order to get those loans thru.
THis guy is a scum bag!!
Beware, he has a long rap sheet, and he needs to be exposed and brought to justice, this is the type of individual that makes the mortgage business bad for everyone, he uses every angle to rip off not only brokers, but the back investors that buy his loans off his warehouse line, and the investors have no clue the mess they are buying.
if you are a broker, do yourself a favor and run the other way if this guy solicits you for your business, he will promise you the world, only to make your life misserable.
Trust me this is 1000% the truth about this guy and his operation, along with his processing team and office full of scum and bad people.

Sorry to say it, but this couldn't be further from the truth. My ex-wife passed away in March of 2017. A simple google search for her name, Camille Chaffee Moatz, in Orlando, Fl, will show you the truth. As far a fraud, I believe that all experienced loan officers knw that there is no way that anybody can commit mortgage fraud in today's industry. The investors vet these loans inside and out for any possibilites of fraud. I am not sure who wrote this claim, but we have never had a Jason working for in South Florida. We did. however, have a loan officer who committed serious fraud in South Florida and who is being investiagted by the FBI and the Fl Dept. of Financial Institutions.
As a full service lender, we are signed up with all the A lenders, including SunTrust, Wells, Chase, Provident, and over 50 others. We offer a wide range of products to our loan officers on the warehouse lines with in house UW. In most cases we can close a loan within 2 weeks on our FHA/VA, Non-QM, reverse mortgages where YSP is no disclosed. We have plenty og loan officers who will verify our honesty and dedication to our employees.
