This month, I lodged an order for their so-called "Starter Plan A". It sat there for weeks on "Pending" status (according to my online account). After a week I e-mailed and faxed them, and received no response. Phoned them, and the receptionist puts you through to either customer service or accounts. Sometimes you just get an recorded announcement asking you to leave a message.
The accounts section maintains there is no record of my order, which concerned me if my CC details disappeared down one of their black holes. So three weeks after my order, I contacted Accounts section again to cancel the order. The lady I spoke to insisted that they did not have any orders placed. I told her not only did we originally place an order (which I wanted cancelled), but it still shows as active on THEIR online registration, AND THEN I had ANOTHER order appear on the account - some bogus order under a name that I knew nothing about. I was very concerned that their system had glitches in it and could slug my CC at any day. I don't think I would feel safe unless I cancelled my credit card.
These people demonstrate appalling customer service. They demonstrated total lack of response and concern about my predicament, repeatedly maintaining their ordering system was secure (i.e. secure server, which it is though it can't be that secure if some bogus order can be generated on my online account). I asked Accounts to delete my online account, but so far they haven't done this.
