Complaint Review: Ray Reynolds Survived

I order the Ray Reynolds plan on the middle of the commercial of the product on Tv
after I pay off the package I just receive a part of the package I tried to contact to them and they never want to respond after many calls the supervisor named Cynthia told me she will call me in ten minutes to give me the tracking number and after this I never heard from them .

I found a page online from FBI to complain about Corporate fraud and I will filed a charge to them ,because if they not respond it now what I expect later,far is I know FBI are investigate another company like this in Phoenix.
