Complaint Review: Ray Salazar Manager at loanDepot Scottsdale Location

If you're looking for a safe friendly fun atmosphere to work in, don't come to loanDepot in Scottsdale.

I started there a while ago and I've been harrassed and bullied multiple times. And it starts from the top down. There are a couple managers and long time employees there who like to talk smack and pick fights, knowing full well that you can't fight back without losing your job. And you can't complain because who are you going to complain to when your manager is one of the men doing it, and i use the term men very loosely.

I've seen at least three managers, including Mr. Salazar, do this. It's almost like a fraternity house where managers and employees with longevity have the right to haze newer people.

I love sales. It's the highest paid hard work there is. That's what I love about it. At loanDepot hard work doesn't seem to be as respected nearly as much as favoritism based on long term friendships that have nothing to do with current performance or aptitude.

It makes me wish I'd never left my old bank. If you love your family and take providing for their needs serious, don't come here. There's a great deal of talent on the floor, but it suffers from a lack of leadership.
