Jim has my BMW for 1 year and 1/2(Please See The Video!). I brought the vehicle into Rayes in Anaheim for the following issues:

-Engine shakes aggressively in the mornings, 

-Loss of power upon acceleration,

-Vehicle shifts hard

 -Slams into gear


Jim diagnosed the issues as engine malfunction first and computer problem. I trusted Jim, purchased both new engine and a new computer(Cost Thousands) and he had someone else install the motor and computer at another shop (Jim took my car to another shop without my consent) only to have the same issues persist. I had the BMW for about a week the only tow the BMW back to Rayes.

Jim checked out the BMW this time now diagnosed the issue as a transmission problem! He is trying to rip me off for the cost of a tranny now! He replaced a working engine and computer and I am out thousands and my BMW is parked at his lot for over a year now paint and wheels are damaged.

 Jim did not call me to let me know the diagnosis and estimated cost.

 Jim did not give me an invoice.

 He did not return any of my old parts

I do not recommend
