Complaint Review: Raymond B. Via Jr. Of The Law Firm Linowes & Blocker

Raymond B. Via, Jr. finally got his hand caught in the wheel of justice.

On, July 16,08, Raymond B. Via , jr. strutted up to Judge McCormick bench in the Circuit Court of Rockville Maryland alone with his law book and started presenting his case to Judge McCormick while his clients Whitley Park Condo Assoc., Alan Fried and Jules Korner sat back. So did the Plaintiff Hallie Stone
with her attorney Corinne Rosen looked on also. Judge McCormick talked to Raymond B. Via, Jr. for a while unheard by anyone in the room, then she agreed to dismissing the case against his clients and defendants.

Stone as plaintiff sat with her attorney saying nothing. Stone's attorney Corrine Rosen sat quietly as she had file a Motion to be dismissed from the case because Raymond B. Via, Jr. had refused to give any discovery and any documents to prepare for the case. Plus it was alleged he was trying to hit on her also.

Raymond B. Via, Jr. was happy because this was a cash cow for the defendants of Whitley park Condo association . Travelers Inaurance of Whitley paid his fees for representing Alan Fried president and Jules Korner porperty manager. The owners of Whitley Park Condo Association paid for the insurance and Alan Fried and Jules Korner happily submitted the bill to Travelers Insurance as their justice was bought for them by Raymond B.Via , Jr and he got his enormous fee from the insurance.

Somehow this type of justice doesn't seem fair and just.

Out of Stone recognizing what happened ,they are trying to file a defamation case against Stone. They were all caught by plaintiff with their pants down,
