Complaint Review: Raymond Feeney

Raymond Feeney has many so-called businesess he is "working" on including promises of jobs (working for him and/or with him) investing in idea that he has sold to many awaiting business that he needs money for (consumer services, electronics, advertising, vitamins - anything goes because there is nothing really there). He will show legit papper work from busineses (sometimes those busineses fall victims as well as the people giving him money for work, jobs, investments, etc). Then he will pretend to work on the what ever you gave him the money for but at the end (usually about couple of weeks) for one reason or another the deal falls through and RAYMOND FEENEY changes his cell number, moves from the condo and you will never see him or your money ever again. He has done this for many years in USA and Canada. He also has people working for those scams. Beware, if you hear RAYMOND FEENEY  don't touch that pile of dirt.
