THIS IS A WARNING TO CURRENT AND FUTURE EMPLOYERS.

Experience, Customer Service, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution and Basic Management Skills, These are just a few examples of areas in which Ray Pasold is lacking.

I wish I could tell you where he is currently employed but as you can see by this employment timeline I am posting, he uses multiple different employers and dates to try and confuse anyone who does actually take the time to verify any of his claims of past job position titles or employment. Since previous employers are only allowed by law to give general information and not specific incidents or reasons why this person is no longer employed by their company, he can use the excuse of simply writing the wrong dates of employment on his application and/or resume to avoid being found out. He does however leave his mark on the companies he has worked for in the form of destruction, loss of business, loss of clients, loss of employees and the cost of repairing all of the damage he has caused and none of this information is allowed to legally be divulged by a previous employer during a reference check.

For example, Little Mill Country Club in Evesham Twp (Marlton,) NJ. He claims to have worked here for 11-13+ years depending on which dates he chooses to use (May 1993 or January 1995 as a start date, he does seem to know his employment end date of March 2006). Ray says he worked as a Golf Course Superintendent, but why would you leave such a prominent job that you have been at for such an extended period of time, when this job also afforded him the benefit of a home on the golf course that he supposedly took such great care of for 11-13 years? Well, it’s because he destroyed the greens he was supposed to be tending to and then had a consultant brought in to repair the damage he caused and remove him from his position.

Upon doing a little more research, I have found that Ray also claims to have worked on the “Greens Committee” in Marlton, NJ, also as a Superintendent, but the dates of this job are March 1992-December 2006, Is this also a reference to the job at Little Mill Country Club, or yet another job with another set of dates?

If you are unsure of the information stated above, try doing a search of Raymond Pasold and Little Mill Country Club. If he was such a long term asset to this company for more than a decade, as he would like you to believe, why is there no past or present mention of him anywhere when there is information on other superintendents and assistant superintendents? Probably because of the amount of destruction he left behind and the quality of his performance while working with this employer.

His next job, he agrees, was at Elite Landscaping in Berlin, NJ as a Production Manager, his resumes also show he worked here for 5 years, BUT, was it April 2006- March 2011 or May 2008- April 2013 or April 2008- April 2013 ? You’d think most people would remember being out of work for 2 full years, apparently Mr. Pasold isn’t quite sure. This company does have a rating of 1 star, so I can see being vague about when he was supposedly running things, though I still think you would remember if you were out of work for that extended period of time.

Ray also claims to have worked for Great Grow Organics LLC in Eatontown, NJ from December 2006 to April 2008 as Director of East Coast Sales. This does not make sense, unless he was employed by Elite Landscaping and Great Grow Organics LLC  at the same time, or if the dates of May 2008-April 2013 or April 2008-April 2013 are the actual dates he did work for Elite Landscaping. Either way, the timeline if you put his multiple employment claims together still do not make any sense at all.

Here is where it gets a little harder to follow. It’s no longer just the dates (years) of employment that this man is unsure of, he’s not even sure WHERE he worked. He does however seem quite positive that no matter which company or industry he was working in, he was definitely a MANAGER of some kind, but, I guess if you’re going to lie anyway, go big or go home.

Next is Great Grow in Reading, PA, a very long commute, but for the Senior Manager of Business Development, it must have been worth it. This position was either held for 2 or 5 years, once again, Ray is unsure. He was either still at Elite Landscaping in Berlin, NJ until 2013 or he started here in March 2011, but if it wasn’t 2011, He started April 2013. It never looks good to have long stretches of unemployment, so, by all means necessary, fill in the gaps. His departure from this job has an almost exactly 1 year discrepancy, its either May 2015 or April 2016.

Hold on, it gets even harder to follow from here. Did he begin his long term (and current) career at Bath Fitter as a consultant in July 2014 while still working at Great Grow in Readin,g PA or did he continue in the landscaping field and move on to Liberty Tree and Landscape Management in Glenside, PA in May 2016 as Manager of Business Development? If he did move on to this employer, he was there for only 9 months and quickly moved on to Senior Manager of Production at The Grounds Guys in Hammonton, NJ in January 2017.

So, basically he is either moving his way up the management ladder in the landscaping industry or he’s still a consultant at Bath Fitter since 2014 or absolutely none of this is true. I’m just wondering why so many companies (if this is true even to some extent) would hire someone to manage their company, employees, accounts, etc. if he cannot even remember the years or companies he has worked for.

My suggestion if Raymond Pasold should come into your company seeking employment, at the very LEAST, I would do yourself and your business the favor of looking into his employment history and finding out what is real, what is “filling in gaps of time between jobs” on a resume, and what is just blatant LYING.

I completely left out that before his meteoric rise in landscape management, Mr. Pasold was an Aegis Weapons Systems Electronic Repair Specialist for Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ for over 13 years from October 1982-January 1996 or, as another of his resumes states, he held this exact same title, but for General Electric in Moorestown, NJ and not Lockheed Martin, and the dates are May 1981-May 1982 . I had no idea that General Electric was involved in weapons systems, I’m unsure how they even relate, but I personally don’t believe any of these “resumes”. He held this position, according to him, even while he was at Penn State pursuing his degree in Turf and Soil Science and Soil Science Agronomy from 1986-1989, though another of his resumes states that he went to Penn State in June of 1992 and Florida State University in September 1979.This man cannot even remember the year that he started or graduated from college, if he does indeed even have a degree. I suppose this makes his move from a Weapons Repair Specialist to a Golf Course superintendent a reasonable career change, right? If you cannot remember your dates of employment, company you worked for or your college graduation year, I don’t understand how you can be trusted to manage a company.

I do find it ironic that he is a manager in every landscaping job he has supposedly held, however in 2014 he had a lien put against his home for $444.65 by the township of Winslow for repeatedly being told to cut his lawn and just ignoring every warning until the township had to send their own people out to take care of his lawn. At the very least, I would hope that someone who has always been in a management position in landscaping and lawn maintenance for as many years as he claims would be able to cut his own lawn at his home/business.

Well, don’t feel bad as a business owner or HR director if you choose to pass on Ray for your management team, This man has also had his very own company operating out of his home since 2010 called Raymond Pasold Turfgrass Consulting, which by the way he leaves off of his employment history. Though I can see why he may leave this company he owns when applying for a landscape management position since TURFGRASS consulting is in the business of consulting on topics and events such as Love & Romance, Travel Planning, Coffee, Bouquets, Jewelry, Wireless Internet, Photography, Games, Sports, reunions and Tables & Chairs the list goes on, but basically if you can think of it, they do it…..or, maybe not, that all depends on if you believe anything the owner says after reading this.

This is just a timeline for future and current employers to make it a little easier to read what Raymond has written about himself and his employment history, The purpose of this was to try and condense these 3 resumes into a timeline which is much easier for a prospective employer to read.  You definitely want to do your own research as this is just a sample of the things I personally have found out in my research of this individual. There is definitely more to all of this than he would like you to believe and what he is hoping you will not look into during your hiring process.

Copies of all “resumes”, Liens and information on his home based company are all included, so that you have full access to where this information came from and can see for yourself.  If it saves at least one company from the lies and destruction caused by this individual, it was well worth the time put into the research.
