Purchasing furniture was easy. Getting delievery results and actual billing results were the hard parts.

Part of the order was delivered and billed. some items were delivered later BUT the billing was inaccurate and umcomprehensible.

Raymour & Flangan led me to believe I was purchasing furniture for a sum of ~3400 dollars. They failed to notify me that the amount I'd paid (after the NO-FINANCE CHARGE enticement) was not for the total amount.

In good faith, I paid what was thought to be accurate. before the time frame as stipulated.

Since then, I've paid for the additional pieces that I've received but Raymour & Flanagan's credit agency. WELLS FARGO. refuses to excuse the finance charges.

I'm now looking at finance charges of ~850 dollars on a furniture purchase of ~4300 dollars. WHY?

In good faith I paid what was due. I've gotten noway with Wells Fargo and Raymour & Flanagan are seriously at fault!

Repeatedly I've corresponded with Raymour & Flanagan but to no avail.

Obviously, I need assistance!

Good faith??? ha!

If the amount that you believed you owed and that you paid "in good faith" did not match what was shown on your financing statements, then why did you not speak up sooner??? Now that the promotional period is over, and the amount shown on your statement has not been paid in full, you now owe them interest! This is clearly spelled out in the agreement that YOU signed upon financing the furniture. Don't ignore your own laziness to take action and correct the problem on the furniture store. If you did not make them aware of the situation from the beginning, then how are they supposed to correct it? That's right baby ... YOU LOSE on this one.
