I went to this location to make a re-select for a mattress that was still under warranty. While there I was fast talked into re-selecting a mattress that was not the brand in which I had (Strearns & Foster) and which was $1,000 less then the mattress I orignally purchased.

The mattress which I was smooth talk into purchasing was as hard as a rock, 6 inch thick mattress which was the ONLY mattress that fit into my supposed store credit. The credit they gave me was $800, when I have receipts that clearly state I paid over $1,300 for a S&F mattress in 2004.

The salesman Thomas Kayser is a very deceitful and untrustworthy man. I feel I was taken advantage of being that I was 8 months pregnant and just wanted to get a new mattress (re-select) and get things done and over with. I tried to resolve my problems with this company through speaking with the manager of the store, John. Who was a arrogant jerk and tried to run circles of B.S talk around me. I was contacted by a company representive who promised to send me a $80 gift card for my RE-DELIEVERY fee that I was MADE to pay. I never receive that, nor would I have ever used it! The representive lied to the BBB and said she put 2 requests in for it.

This company is full of liars and deceitful people who will do anything for a sale. They work on commission and THAT commission they will make no matter what they have to do!  Customer service, Quality of Products, Warranty (Platinum Protection)... they fail miserably! Shop at Own Risk!!!!
