I hired this company to install a roof and laminated floors. He never started on the roof do I paid him 4k down floors were 3100 minus 200 for paying cash and 300 deducted for putting the wrong laminate he showed as a sample. The floors are unlevel and very cheap quality laminate. He owes me 1400 which he refuses to pay.
