Rayrilingarmsbooks ripoff paid for book not delivered cannot get response from company Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
I ordered a book thru amazon.com from rayriling over the internet.order date:june 21,2006.order#:058-5494930-155392.book is worldwide webley:and the harrington and richardson connection.price $ 49.95 plus shipping.I used a $ 50 dollar gift certificate.rayriling advert indicated book (used) was available for shipment.then they sent estimate of shipping dates.book was not received so I emailed rayriling.No response.next I left a message on their telephone. no response.I called again today but no answer.I would not have ordered the book if I knew I would get poor service plus not even the courtesy of a reply.
