Raytown Autoland sold a car about 8 months ago. After the first month, I contacted them inquiring about title issues at the DMV. DMV rejected title, I contacted them and explained that I was not able to register car. Raytown autoland advised to wait for a couple of weeks as they would have to send it to the state. Weeks passed, kept contacting them and kept prosponding dates. I took car back after the fifth month of receiving no title, and Ash stated not being the owner of vehicle and unable to provide car title. It's been eight months. Have contacted BBB and submitted a complaint. Received no response. I am in the process of submitted a Small Claims Court, since in Ash exact words: Will not get my money back.

I have bought 3 cars from raytown autoland recently.  I purposefully went there the second and third times because I had a very good experience with them and I trust them.  I found them to be honest, true to their word, and they stand behind their cars 100%.  If there was anything wrong with a car I purchased from them, they made it right.  I received the titles to my cars fine and on time as promised.

This information is false. All of our vehicles are owned by our company and we have never sold a car without a clean and clear title. We have not been involved in any lawsuits due to any aspect of our business and are more than willing to help our customers to insure their happiness with their business here. 

This report was made by a long-known competitor in anger and not appreciated. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our cars or business, we will be more than happy to help.
