Razor Eye Media Group charged my credit card twice for service I was not able to use on the website, I could not log in Miami, The Keys florida

I purchased a 3 day trial on the website on Dec 27, 2007, my credit card was charged butI was never able to log on to use the services they said were providedin the membership. I called the phone number provided to ask for support.A person called me back and left a message. I tried again with no luck tolog on. After a while I gave up. Then on Feb 26, my credit card was
charged again $39.99. I tried to use the service on the website but was again unable to log on, I called the support service and received a message to use the website support@razoreye.com.

I used it to cancel my membership. I am extremely disappointed. This was a total rip off.
