Complaint Review: Razorback Management - Scentura Creations

You are promised that in 4 to 5 , maybe even 9 weeks you will own your own company. Its all lies. You actually will only be out in the extreme temperatures selling fragrances for the owners Joel and Tiffany Spence. You are promised atleast $400 a week while in training. You are lucky if you see $30 a week.

You are lied to from the moment you walk in the door. Everytime you ask about pay you are rushed on to a new topic. Everyone told me "...don't ask Joel about pay. He doesn't like to talk about money. It makes him upset and makes him feel you're just here for the money." Who wants to work for free?

From about 9am to 5:30pm, you are out in the heat trying to peddle these fragrances to anyone you make contact with. Half the time, these people are upset with past purchases of the product and you get cursed out, or either they are former employees telling you not to waste your time.

The products are supposed to sell for $30 a bottle. $10 goes to Joel, $10 goes to the owner of Scentura Creations, and the other $10 you are to pocket. However, you rarely pocket anything because no one wants to pay $30 for a bottle of this "crap." So, in the end, you sell it for $20, and make no profit. You have to turn in atleast $20 for each bottle sold.

Does this sound fraudulent? YOU BETTER BELIEVE IT!!!!
